Meet the Artist
My name is Hemu Basu and I am the owner and sole artist of Hemu's Sweet Sensation here in Katy, Texas. A multi award-winning cake artist, I've won 14 cake awards since 2016 and have been featured on Netflix's "Is It Cake?", Food Network's Halloween Wars (Champion, Season 10), and The Big Bake.
